Guaranteed Good !

    How many times have you heard some salesman or some racer say 'its GOOD'? But is it guaranteed good?  Or maybe you have bought someting at an auction that was supposed to be good but was only good enough to be on the end of a rope as a boat anchor.  Well maybe you need to attend an auction that has a GUARANTEE!

    On Saturday & Sunday, January 26 & 27, 2008 in Sedalia,Mo. will be the 10th Annual Bodees Racers Auction & Trade Show.  At my shows or auctions the consignor can put a guarantee on his item and when his part goes through the ring we announce everything we know about it including a guarantee.  We hold the consignors check untill Wednesday of the following week to allow the buyer to take his purchase home or wherever he chooses to have inspected and checked out.  for example if he consigns a set of heads and puts a guarantee on them and they are cracked, then the buyer can return the heads for full refund.

    This gives the buyer confidence and helps the seller get out of his parts what they are really worth.  Now we have plenty of not so perfect parts go through the sale but we try to announce everything we see or know about the item.  I believe we are the only racers auction that gives this guarantee and I believe that it is part of the reason that Sedalia has grown and become the success it has.

    So plan to attend this event at the end of January.  If not for the auction, come and get caught up on the latest racing gossip and news.  Heck, that racer you spun out last season that you thought was his fault may have forgotten about it and buy you a cold beer. But I can't GUARANTEE that!

jason, i talked to a guy yesterday in warensburg. he told me you were the guy to talk to here about racing. i am a car mech. from texas, would like to get my hands on a car again what should i do?

Guarantee is just a word unless you back it up i bought a motor from someone with a guarantee that didnt mean anything after i pulled to arizona and it went 8 laps
