WDRL event at Freeport postponed(Freeport, IL) WORLD Dirt Racing League officials have been forced to postpone the WDRL Late Model Series race scheduled for tonight (Saturday, April 19) here at Freeport Raceway Park. The race has been rescheduled for next Saturday, April 26.
Miller clean sweeps WDRL opener(Davenport, IA) After being rescheduled twice, the 2008 season-opening WORLD Dirt Racing League event was finally completed here at the Davenport Speedway on Wednesday night. The wait was well worth it for Darren "The Thriller" Miller of Chadwick, Ill., as he took home the win. The victory was his third straight and fifth overall WDRL win at the half-mile Davenport oval.

The race, originally set for Saturday, April 5, has been rescheduled for Friday, April 11, according to WDRL’s Jim Wilson. Sunday, April 13, is being reserved as a rain date, if needed.
