Lamb rules in MOLS at Nevada(Nevada, MO) The first and only appearance of the Midwest Outlaw Lightning Sprints for 2008 was held at Nevada Speedway on Saturday night. The track was smooth and racey. they had a big field of cars in all 5 classes.

MOLS raises '08 curtain April 12 on I-70 DirtThe Midwest Outlaw Lightning Sprint Series has released a revised 2008 schedule. Opening night is Saturday, April 12 at I-70 Speedway Dirt Track. 19 dates are filled with more to be added. Tracks also include Valley Speedway, Nevada Speedway, Adrian Speedway, and Heartland Park Topeka Dirt Track.
Beau Heavelow set to receive MOLS reward(Olathe, KS) The 2007 Midwest Outlaw Lightning Sprints Annual Awards Banquet will be held this Friday night and Beau Heavelow will be star of the show as this year's champion. The event will be held at Ari's Greek Restaurant in Olathe.
Draper takes season finale at Valley Speedway(Grain Valley, MO) John Draper captured the Midwest Outlaw Lightning Sprint car feature at Valley Speedway on Saturday night. This is last scheduled points race for the 2007 season. Mark Evinger always has the Valley Speedway surface primed and ready for open wheel racing. With the SMRS Midgets, the 305 Winged Sprints and the MOLS, an open wheel fan should have nothing to complain about.
Chris Murray Memorial won by brother at I-70 Dirt Track(Odessa, MO) The Midwest Outlaw Lightning Sprints held their annual Chris Murray Memorial Race tonight at the I-70 Speedway Dirt Track. Chris was a great young man that raced with us for several years, commented MOLS Director, Bob Douglas. Chris passed away in June of 2002 from burns suffered in a home fire accident. His humor and passion for our sport has been greatly missed, concluded Douglas. And tonight, in a very convincing fashion, Chris younger brother Dusty won the memorial race, named for his brother, for the first time.
Beau Heavelow scores win in season's final visit to Butler(Butler, MO) This was our last appearance at Butler Speedway for this season. We had a good turnout with 14 cars. We have added one rookie Jason Rackley in the number 49 car, and we also welcome back for the first time this year Charles Flores and Scott Allen. The track had good moisture to start off the night but went dry slick for the feature. The crowd was good and they had a good field of 5 classes of cars.
Heavelow tames I-70 Speedway(Odessa, MO) The featured class on Two for One Saturday, on the Dirt Track at I-70 was the Midwest Outlaw Lightning Sprints. However this time the Lightning Sprints raced with a new twist, without their wings. Fans commented, The cars looked really good racing with out wings. Many of the MOLS drivers added, That was really fun tonight, racing without the wings and you guys have given us a great track every time we have been out here but this time the track was perfect.
Beau Heavelow wins non-wing top prize at Adrian(Adrian, MO) Beau Heavelow won the Midwest Outlaw Lightning Sprint Car feature Saturday night, June 16, at Adrian Speedway. It was the first time the series ran without wings since the 2005 season.
Murray wins at I-70 Speedway Dirt Track(Odessa, MO) Dusty Murray won the Midwest Outlaw Lightning Sprint Car feature Saturday night at I-70 Speedway Dirt Track. The night was perfect for some great racing. The high banks on the asphalt saw a great ASA Late Model race. Right after it, the MOLS showed the fans what dirt racing was all about. The track was smooth and well prepared.
Murray posts victory at Butler(Butler, MO) Dusty Murray won the Midwest Outlaw Lightning Sprint Car feature Sunday night at Butler Motor Speedway. Beau Heavelow was second and Frank Ikerd third.
Heavelow wins at I-70 Dirt Track(Odessa, MO) Phil Heavelow captured the first-ever Midwest Outlaw Lightning Sprint event on I-70 Speedway's new dirt track. Dusty Murray and Duane Marusarz were second and third respectively.
