AERO Race Wheels joins USMTS family of contingency sponsors
(Estherville, IA) Officials from the United States Modified Touring Series announced today that AERO Race Wheels will be a contingency sponsor during the 2012 racing season for the drivers of the USMTS Casey’s Cup and USMTS National Championship Series.

Tickets for King of America Modified Nationals II on sale Jan. 3
(Humboldt, KS) Race fans can start snatching up tickets for the King of America Modified Nationals II beginning this Tuesday, Jan. 3. The nation’s elite dirt Modified drivers are expected to descend again on the historic Humboldt Speedway in Humboldt, Kan., for the $15,000-to-win.


USMTS at 2012 Silver Dollar Nationals
(Greenwood, NE) I-80 Speedway will be hosting the 2nd Annual Silver Dollar Nationals, July 20-21, 2012, featuring Super Late Models and the United States Modified Touring Series. This time around, the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series will join the Midwest Late Model Racing Association (MLRA) in sanctioning the $25,000-to-win Super Late Model portion of the event. Ramirez wins USMTS Texas Winter Nationals
(Baytown, TX) After recording his 300th career start on Thursday, Dereck Ramirez tasted victory for the first time Friday night at the Royal Purple Raceway. He must’ve liked the flavor because the 25-year-old from Woodward, Okla., went back for seconds Saturday night and feasted on the $4,000 top prize in winning the 5th Annual USMTS Texas Winter Nationals – the final race of the season for the USMTS Casey’s General Stores National Tour powered by Swan Energy. Bone nets USRA RHS Modified National Championship
(Pea Ridge, AR) In his 25th year of racing, Johnny Bone Jr. of Pea Ridge, Ark., put together a career year on the dirt tracks during the 2011 season. He didn't break his personal season wins record, but his 22 feature wins in 44 starts against some big fields and stiff comeptition was remarkable and earned the 45-year-old the title of USRA RHS Modified National Champion.
