Gary Wilson, Tom Elsen and Brian Robinson had the fast cars in their respective heat wins, with the first two getting the front row starting positions.
SpeedBowl 2009 this Saturday at 24 Raceway(Moberly, MO) The annual SpeedBowl 2009 is coming this Saturday, September 5 to the high banks of 24 Raceway. The event is now a one-day show with the A-Modifieds running in a 35-lap feature paying $2009 to win! Mather secures 24 Raceway A-Mod prize(Moberly, MO) A-modified driver, Colt Mather, made the trek south from Iowa for just his 3rd race of 2009 at 24 Raceway, and got a 2nd win out of it that entry over 22 other A-mods. For the first three laps, both front row starters, Mather and Mark VanWinkle moved out from the pack and Mather took the lead on the 4th lap.

This night will have a Back-to-School theme for the Jr. Race Fan Club, with winning names drawn from the entry box for an assortment of school supplies.

Currently, the close races are in the B-Modifieds and Hobby Stock classes with the leaders only up by 8 points in each of those two classes.
O'Reilly MLRA at 24 Raceway washed out(Moberly, MO) The O'Reilly MLRA event at 24 Raceway in Moberly, Missouri was cancelled due to rain on Saturday night, August 15th. We will be back in action next weekend as the series makes it's final visit of the season to the Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland, Missouri on Saturday, August 22nd. The O'Reilly MLRA Presented by Lucas Oil Products will also be making it's annual visit to the Missouri State Fair on Sunday, August 23rd.
