Clark earns $1,000 for Nevada Speedway B-Mod win(Nevada, MO) Gary Clark took home the top prize of the night Saturday at Nevada Speedway. The veteran from Walker, Mo. collected $1000 for winning the B-Modified feature as Jeremy Chambers and Dustin Thulin finished second and third respectively. Johnny Fennewald topped the A-Mod main.
Timmerman and Keeter among Nevada Speedway winnersDonnie Timmerman and Mitch Keeter captured Late Model and A-Modified features respectively Saturday night at Nevada Speedway. Other winners included Jeremy Willard in Pure Stock, Tim Phillips in Factory Stock, and Dustin Campbell in B-Mods. A $1,000-to-win B-Mod Special is on tap for this Saturday night, July 23.
Phil Heavelow tops MOLS at Nevada Speedway(Nevada, MO) This was our first and only visit of this year to Nevada. Shawn and Tracey Hendren have done a tremendous job with the facility and the races. The track was super smooth and it stayed racey enduring seven classes of cars.
July 31 MLRA date at Nevada Speedway cancelled(Buckner, MO) Officials with the Lucas Oil MLRA and the Nevada Speedway have mutually agreed to remove the Lucas Oil MLRA event scheduled for July 31st at Nevada Speedway from the 2010 schedule. "With this being the Hendren's first year promoting the racetrack, both parties felt it wise to give them the opportunity to build on their program and go for it again in 2011".
Gotschall and Bolin among Nevada winners(Nevada, IA) Brantlee Gotschall outran Larry Jones to win the Late Model featue at Nevada Speedway on Saturday night. Brian Bolin earned top honors in the Modified class, while Chase Domer, Mark Godsey, and Jerry Brown were also victorious.
Lucas Oil MLRA at Nevada rescheduled for July 31(Nevada, MO) With heavy rain blanketing the region throughout the week and additional rain forecasted throughout the weekend, Officials with the Lucas Oil MLRA and Nevada Speedway have been left with no choice but to postpone the event scheduled for Saturday, May 15th. Anderson wins at Nevada as Purkey clinches sixth MLRA crown(Nevada, MO) Omaha, Nebraska's John Anderson scored the O'Reilly MLRA win in the Season Finale on Sunday evening at the Nevada Speedway but Coffeyville, Kansas' Al Purkey finished second allowing him to claim his Sixth MLRA Championship. MLRA finale postponed until Sunday(Nevada, MO) The O'Reilly MLRA event scheduled for Saturday October 17th has been postponed until Sunday October 18th due to the persistent damp and cool weather. "This rain has just been tough this week but Sunday's forecast calls for warmer temperatures and sunshine so it should be a great day to settle the MLRA Championship" stated MLRA PR Director Dan Robinson.

Asplin takes Show-Me Racin Series checkers at Nevada Speedway(Nevada, MO) The Race Brothers Show-Me Racin’ Series was back in racing action at Nevada Raceway after a weekend off. Twenty-seven late models signed in for their chance to come home with the thousand dollar grand prize. Some exciting racing action was sure to happen on the short ¼ mile track. Fans filled the grandstands to watch the Show-Me boys at their one and only stop at the Nevada Raceway.
