Stovall snares MARS top prize at I-55 (Pevely, MO) Jesse Stovall of Galena, MO picked up the win at I-55 Raceway in Pevely, MO last Saturday night. Stovall, second in MARS points, struggled in his heat race and was forced to run a B feature.
MARS trifecta weekend includes Highland, Paducah, I-55(Republic, MO) The MARS DIRTcar Series and the top drivers from the UMP DIRTcar Series will go head to head for a $15,000 Tri-State Trifecta that will include Highland Speedway in Highland, IL; Paducah International Raceway in Paducah, KY and I-55 Raceway in Pevely, MO. Each race will pay $5,000 to win and $400 to start.

'Party in Pevely' falls victim to expected cold and rain(Pevely, MO) Mother Nature just simply won't cooperate with the DIRTcar Roundup, better known as the Party in Pevely. After moving the event to March 24-26 at I-55 Raceway as a kick off to the DIRTcar UMP Racing season, officials have decided today that the weather outlook, which includes everything from freezing temperatures and snow flurries to rain, won't allow the event to be run this weekend.

Meyers celebrates thrilling 'Ironman 55'(Pevely, MO) 55 laps at I-55 Raceway and the Second Annual Ironman 55 came down to the final one and just a couple of feet on the race track as Jason Meyers won a thriller over Lucas Wolfe on the final circuit. Wolfe used a huge slide job coming off turn four to take the lead on the 55th and final lap, with Meyers winning a drag race down the front straightaway by a mere 0.092 seconds, which was the closest finish of the season.
