Moyer flies MARS checkers at I-55 Raceway(Pevely, MO) Billy Moyer of Batesville, AR sweeps the MARS / UMP Challenge by winning the feature event at I-55 Raceway in Pevely, MO. Meyers celebrates thrilling 'Ironman 55'(Pevely, MO) 55 laps at I-55 Raceway and the Second Annual Ironman 55 came down to the final one and just a couple of feet on the race track as Jason Meyers won a thriller over Lucas Wolfe on the final circuit. Wolfe used a huge slide job coming off turn four to take the lead on the 55th and final lap, with Meyers winning a drag race down the front straightaway by a mere 0.092 seconds, which was the closest finish of the season. Shaffer tops Ironman 55 opener(Pevely, MO) Tim Shaffer has been the hottest driver in all of racing over the last week. Heading into the opener of the Ironman 55 weekend on Friday night at I-55 Raceway, the veteran had won in four straight starts over a six-day span. 'Party in Pevely' moved to next March(Pevely, MO) Inclement weather has forced officials to move the second annual “DIRTcar Roundup: Party in Pevely” to March 25-27, 2010. An event built on the ideals of late UMP DIRTcar founder Bob Memmer, the Party in Pevely provides an opportunity for the stars in UMP DIRTcar Racing's eight weekly divisions to show their stuff against rivals from various regions.

Too wet at I-55 UMP Summer Nationals tour stop(Pevely, MO) Rain showers that started overnight and continued through the morning and afternoon hours in Pevely, Mo., have forced the cancellation of what was set to be the 19th leg of the UMP DIRTcar Summer Nationals at I-55 Raceway. The rainout comes after the 2008 version of the UMP DIRTcar Summer Nationals were cancelled due to flooding at the high banked third-mile track.

Manville earns first-ever Late Model win at I-55 Speedway(Pevely, MO) I-55 Raceway got their 2009 racing season kicked off in dramatic fashion! There were 112 racecars that filled the pit area to compete in the four divisions at I-55 Raceway. Tim Manville of Highland, Illinois collected his very first feature victory in his young career in the U.M.P. DIRTcar Super Late Model division. As always, Manville had to beat out a stellar field of Super Late Models at I-55 Raceway.
