Cordray and King bask in glow of recent ULMA wins(Warrensburg, MO) Tommy Cordray of Browning, Missouri made his three-and-a-half-hour pull to Lucas Oil Speedway payoff this past Saturday as he came away with his first win of the 2009 race season. Cordray became the seventeenth different winner this year to claim a ULMA victory in his #5 Tom's Collision Repair and Cordray's Service Station Mastersbilt Mont Carlo by Triple R Engines.
Coyne gets season-first ULMA win(Warrensburg, MO) Veteran late model driver Kevin 'the Kid' Coyne raced his way to victory lane under ULMA sanctioning last weekend at Central Missouri Speedway (CMS) in Warrensburg, Missouri to register his first 2009 victory and first with ULMA since July of 2007. The Kingsville, Missouri driver led every lap at CMS and fended off a hard-charging Shawn Rayfield of O'Fallon, Missouri for the win in his Buckner Surplus #22 American Made late model.
