Springfield Raceway cancels May 3 races(Springfield , MO) Springfield Raceway has canceled the racing action for Saturday night May 3rd. With unseasonable cold and windy weather combined with other major events in the region, management has decided to wait until next week to continue with the racing action. We look forward to seeing everyone next week in better conditions.

Springfield Raceway hosts Show-Me Racin Series(Springfield , MO) The Springfield Raceway will host the Race Brothers Show-Me Racin Series for their second event of 2008. The first event was action packed with Leslie Essary coming from his 10th place starting position to take the win at the legendary Tri-State Speedway. 2005 Rookie of the Year Contender, Jeremy Kelley, also had an impressive run with a 2nd place finish, and looks to be someone to keep an eye on for 2008.

Turkey Open Wheel Classic today(Springfield , MO) Once again Springfield Raceway has separated themselves from all other facilities by hosting a groundbreaking event on Thanksgiving weekend. OctoberFAST this weekend at Springfield(Springfield, MO) This Friday and Saturday October 12th -13th the Springfield Raceway will host the 2nd Annual "OctoberFAST". The event will pay a record setting $27,000 in prize money with the winner of the Modified main event pocketing a cool $2,500. Racers from 4 states will check in on Friday night for qualifications and heat races in 5 classes of competition.
