Lucas Oil POWRi Midgets on SPEED Channel's 'Lucas Oil on the Edge'(Millstadt, IL) The POWRi Lucas Oil National Midget Series race held July 2, 2011 at Belle-Clair Speedway in Belleville, Ill., will be televised on SPEED Channel’s Lucas Oil on the Edge Saturday (Feb. 4) at 6 p.m. EST and Feb. 11 at 7 a.m. EST.
