Aarron Berryhill pressured Jason Johnson for half of the 30 lap A-Feature on Lake Ozarks 1/3 mile oval before using lapped traffic and the low grove to power by Johnson for the white and checkered flag laps for the win. Berryhill recorded his second career Winged Outlaw Warrior win and his first career National win with ASCS.

Crossing the finish line behind Berryhill was Gary Wright who charged form a seventeenth starting spot. Johnson finished third, followed by Zach Chappell and Wayne Johnson to round out the top five. O'Reilly American Sprint Cars on Tour National Rookie canidate, Jack Dover, finished sixth followed by Tim Montgomer, Travis Rilat and Garry Lee Maier. Winged Outlaw Warrior's Rookie canidates Jonathan Cornell, J Kinder and Austin Alumbaugh battled to finish tenth, eleventh and twelfth.

Randy Martin's night ended on lap 25 when he clipped a tire and lost streering sending his car into the victory lane area of the track. Bad luck also caught Rex Combs on the opening lap of the first heat when he flipped his car in turn four. Absent from competition at Lake Ozark was Curtis Boyer. Curtis and his wife, Shonda, became parents of Chevy Andrew Boyer on Thursday, May 1st.
