The Midwest Outlaw Lightning Sprints starts it’s 20th Point Season by announcing “The Racing Experience Stock Car Racing School” as the Corporate Title Sponsor. (www.racingexperience.com) The Racing Experience Racing School offers fans the opportunity to actually RACE a real NASCAR Sprint Cup Stock Car on Kansas Speedway and other top NASCAR Tracks across the country. The Racing Experience Midwest Outlaw Lightning Sprints will have several promotions throughout the season for the FANS in the stands.. including a weekly 10 Lap Racing Experience program where YOU actually race 6-8 other cars/drivers on the Kansas Speedway at over 160 mph.
The Racing Experience MOLS start their season this Saturday night at Nevada Speedway in Nevada, MO. This “not for profit” Association has tracks scheduled within a 90 mile radius of KC for most every weekend from May thru September. The feature purse pays $ 50 to start and $ 300 to win. The pay down per position is good and the year end points banquet pays out over $ 5000 in money and prizes. These 1200 cc motorcycle powered midgets (winged and non wing) are 1 ½ seconds a lap faster than an A Modified or a Dirt Late Model. With a tire usage of 6 or less per season and 2 years racing on an engine, these cars are definitely the least expensive way to go fast.
